Nature of service: Savoir-Faire VIP is a private concierge and lifestyle coordination service. This website serves as a trust and qualified-inquiry platform, not a booking engine. Savoir-Faire VIP does not provide packaged travel products. Bespoke quotation: All pricing is provided on a bespoke, quotation-only basis. Public pricing is not displayed. Third-party costs are identified separately where applicable. Availability: All services, reservations, specialist access, tickets, hospitality packages, and similar requests are subject to availability and partner network access. No access or reservation is guaranteed until confirmed. Third-party providers: Transportation, dining, accommodation, wellness, events, and other services may be fulfilled by independent third-party partners. Savoir-Faire VIP coordinates on the client's behalf but is not the direct provider unless otherwise stated. Third-party supplier terms and costs apply. Travel and accommodation: Travel and accommodation support consists of recommendation, coordination, and booking assistance only. It does not constitute the operation of travel or accommodation services unless legal status is otherwise resolved. 24/7 support: 24/7 support is reserved for qualifying Active Stay and VVIP clients during the agreed active service period. Commercial and consumer terms: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an engagement. The timing of the remaining balance is set out in the individual quotation and the service confirmation. Cancellation: If an engagement is cancelled less than 14 days before the trip or service start, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Cancellations more than 14 days before the trip or service start are treated according to the individual quotation and the service confirmation. Consumer withdrawal: Where a consumer requests that services begin before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period, Savoir-Faire VIP may request an express instruction to begin performance early together with the acknowledgements required by applicable law.
